To Improve patient experience with regards to calling the practice we are changing over to Surgery Connect which is a cloud based system that is NHS Digital approved.

All incoming and outgoing calls will be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.

One of the benefits is the call back system. If you opt for this your place in the queue will be held and you will automatically get a call back from the practice when your call reaches the top.
